What you send
Use the intake form only for photos, property details, and personal information you are authorized to share with Closing Story. Please leave out anything that should remain private.
Approval before sharing
We prepare each film for private review. A client must approve a film before it is shared publicly. Public sharing is optional; a film does not need to be posted to be delivered.
How inquiries are used
We use the details in your inquiry to respond, discuss your Closing Story, and coordinate the work you request. If a detail needs clarification or additional approval, we will ask before using it in a film.
